Having seen what the Design Academy students that we know and love can do, the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA continues to tap into their talent for their amazing community-building projects. The Y has a room dedicated to research and exploration for teenagers so they thought who better to design the accent wall than teenagers? Having daily access to some of the most talented teenagers we know, we were able to task them with the design while we served simply as the painters this time.
