We are happy to attend your event and paint live and in person while guests are welcome to watch the portrait unfold throughout the evening. We are two skilled watercolor artists; which allows for twice the options of our offerings. We are willing and able to travel to your venue for a reasonable fee. Our goal is to offer a beautiful artist's rendering of key moments in your celebration at budget-friendly costs while offering some flexibility in options as well.

Live Wedding/Event Painting Pricing

We offer live watercolor painting at weddings and events, just like yours! If you are interested, we will gladly send you some examples of our work as a follow-up to your booking but in the meantime, here is some information on what we offer including pricing:

Portraits

$300 for 11"x14"

If you have a photo that you would like to display at the event, we would be happy to paint it for you in advance. This is not limited to any specific type of event, of course. This portrait could be done from anything ranging from a childhood photo of the birthday honoree to an engagement photo of the happy couple. We could provide it well in advance of your event or bring it with us if we are live painting as well!

$1800 for 2 Portraits

Two experienced artists will arrive early and set up prior to the beginning of the festivities. A professional photographer will provide us with two key moments of your choosing that you would like captured in a watercolor portrait. We will then work on those portraits throughout the course of the evening so that you and your guests can watch them come to life in real time.

your big day

$300 for 11"x14"

We are happy to provide hand painted portraits for you even after the event. If you have moments you would like captured in watercolor after the event is over, we can do that also. This is a great idea to also use for thank you cards or even as gifts for key people that you wouldn't have survived the planning process without!

We can take snapshots of your guests and create watercolor sketches of them to take home after the celebration! All they have to do is pose and we provide a low detail but dynamic little mini-portrait of them as a keepsake from your event that includes their name and the date.

*The Photo Booth can be combined with ONE portrait as well for a package price of $1800, meaning ONE artist can work on an 11 x 14" portrait while the other manages the Photo Booth
